| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна (бакалаврська) робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та списку використаної літератури. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми, поставлено мету і завдання дослідження, зазначено методи та вказано предмет й об’єкт бакалаврської роботи. Об’єктом дослідження є нові 1,3-діарил-6,7,8,9-тетрагідро-5Н-імідазо[1,2-a] азепінієві солі. Предмет дослідження – противірусна дія нових 1,3-діарил-6,7,8,9-тетрагідро-5Н-імідазо[1,2-a]азепінієвих солей. І розділ присвячений загальним відомостям про вірус; походженню вірусу; симптоматиці; речовинам, що виявляють противірусну активність; пошуку специфічних засобів лікування; вакцинації та вакцинам, які зареєстровані. У ІІ розділі розглянуто синтез 1,3-діарил-6,7,8,9-тетрагідро-5Н-імідазо[1,2-a]азепінієвих солей та описано методики одержання, неописаних в науковій літературі, тринадцяти сполук. У ІІІ розділі описані дослідження активності синтезованих сполук та противірусної дії 1,3-діарил-6,7,8,9-тетрагідро-5Н-імідазо[1,2-a]азепінієвих солей. У висновках викладено узагальнення щодо проведення дослідження. У списку використаної літератури подаються джерела, на основі яких було здійснене дослідження. |
| Description: | Qualification (bachelor's) work is created in the introduction, three sections, conclusions and list of references. In the introduction on the general relevance and practical value of the visual theme, the purpose and objectives of the study, these methods and the subject is the object of the bachelor's thesis. The object of the study are new 1,3-diaryl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-imidazo [1,2-a] azepine salts. The subject of research is the antiviral action of new 1,3-diaryl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-imidazo [1,2-a] azepine salts. In the section onе general information about the virus; the origin of the virus; symptoms; substances that show antiviral activity; search for special treatments; vaccinations and vaccines that are registered. Section II considers the synthesis of 1,3-diaryl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-imidazo [1,2-a] azepine salts and the described methods of providing the need, not described in the scientific literature, thirteen compounds. Section III describes studies of the activity of synthesized compounds and the antiviral activity of 1,3-diaryl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-imidazo [1,2-a] azepine salts. The conclusions summarize the research. The list of used literature includes the sources from which the research was conducted |
