Abstract:	У магістерській роботі нами теоретично обґрунтувати й емпірично досліджено самоефективність як чинник особистісного самоздійснення осіб юнацького віку, розроблено й апробовано тренінг на підвищення рівня особистісної самоефективності юнацтва. Проведено аналіз та інтерпритацію результатів, зроблено висновки які підтверджують наше гіпотетичне припущення, що полягало в наступному: самоефективність є органічною психологічною складовою особистісного самоздійснення, яка сприяє підвищенню можливості досягнення успіху, життєвої самореалізації й саморозвитку свого потенціалу, а також довели зв'язок між ними.
Description:	In the master's thesis, we theoretically substantiated and empirically investigated self-efficacy as a factor of personal self-realization of youth, developed and tested training to increase the level of personal self-efficacy of youth. The analysis and interpretation of the results were carried out, conclusions were drawn that confirm our hypothetical assumption, which was as follows: self-efficacy is an organic psychological component of personal self-realization, which contributes to increasing the possibility of achieving success, life self-realization and self development of one's potential, and also proved the connection between the
