| Abstract: | У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз вітчизняної та зарубіжної літератури з питань травматизації, стресостійкості. Проведено психодіагностичні методики і виявлено особливості травматизації медичних працівників, описано особливості кількісними і якісними характеристиками, досліджено характер та силу попереднього травмівного досвіду респондентів. Розкрита роль використання психотерапевтичних практик направлених на подолання травми, на усвідомлення змістовності власного життя та відчуття когнітивного і психологічного благополуччя. Запропоновано комплексу програму сприяння подоланню травматизації медичним працівникам. |
| Description: | In the work, a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on issues of traumatization and stress resistance was carried out. Psychodiagnostic methods were carried out and the peculiarities of the traumatization of medical workers were revealed, the peculiarities were described by quantitative and qualitative characteristics, the nature and strength of the previous traumatic experience of the respondents was investigated. The role of the use of psychotherapeutic practices aimed at overcoming trauma, realizing the meaning of one's life and a sense of cognitive and psychological well-being is revealed. A comprehensive program to help medical workers overcome trauma is proposed. |
