| Abstract: | У роботі здійснено аналіз вітчизняної і зарубіжної літератури з питань стресу, впливу на психіку людини, специфіку стресу під час війни, копінгу, копінг-стратегій, механізмів психологічного захисту. Проведено ряд психодіагностичних методик і виявлено особливості копінг-стратегій особистості молоді в умовах воєнного стану, описано їх особливості кількісними та якісними характеристиками. Досліджено зв’язок між адаптивними копінг-стратегіями та рівнем сприйнятого стресу, рівнем резильєнтності, наявністю сенсу життя чи позиції його активного пошуку. |
| Description: | The work analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on stress, its impact on the human psyche, the specifics of stress during war, coping, coping strategies, and psychological defense mechanisms. A number of psychodiagnostic methods were conducted and the peculiarities of coping strategies of young people under martial law were identified, their features were described by quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The relationship between adaptive coping strategies and the level of perceived stress, the level of resilience, the presence of a sense of life or the position of its active search is investigated. |
